بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيم

أَ لَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿1﴾

وَ وَضَعْنا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿2﴾

الَّذي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿3﴾

وَ رَفَعْنا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿4﴾

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْراً ﴿5﴾

إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْراً ﴿6﴾

فَإِذا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ ﴿7﴾

وَ إِلى‏ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ ﴿8﴾

(i)one of the lessons, which calls us to engage in these Quranic studies, is the necessity for students to develop an exegetical mindset. We must contribute to solidifying this education, which is an essential pillar of our religious awareness.

To believe in the Day of Judgment: One of the most emphasized beliefs in the Holy Quran is the belief in the Day of Judgment. Islam teaches that physical death is not the end of man’s existence, rather it is the door to a higher form of life which can bring one closer to Allah, depending on one’s deeds in this life. According to the Holy Quran, on the Day of Judgment this entire universe will come to an end, and the dead will be resurrected. Their deeds will be judged and they will be rewarded accordingly. Those with good records will merit Heaven, while those with bad deeds will be punished in Hell. This belief provides a powerful accountability tool in this life as well, meaning that ultimately the accountability for our actions and deeds is with Allah, the Almighty in the hereafter

Battle of Badr, (624 CE), in Islamic history, major military victory led by the Prophet Muhammad that marked a turning point for the early Muslim community (ummah) from a defensive stance toward one of stability and expansion. The battle damaged Meccan trade and boosted the morale of the ummah as a viable force in its pursuit of control of the holy city. The prestige of the battle in the Islamic consciousness is marked by the fact that it is the only battle mentioned by name in the Qurʾān.
